Do chi Sieu (aka Sean Do) was invited into the NW82 camp in early 1983 by members of ICRC, when the refugees were being processed to leave the camp. This photo was taken then and now surfaces after almost 40 years.
The man in front on the far left is Do chi Sieu, next is Dao Trung Hung, and the one in brown shirt is ICRC delegate Menrad (?) Sieu is not sure if Menrad is the correct name or correct spelling. If anyone remember this man, could you send us the information?

Updated: Sieu talked to ICRC and learnt that the correct name is Meinrad Studer
